I almost thought I'd enjoy my stay until I found out they don't clean rooms regularly, the glory of not having fresh towels was too much to bear. And how about this? The pool was practically green—perfect for a refreshing dip, if you're a swamp creature! I would have loved some special treatment but was treated like just another nobody.

Spacious and well-equipped rooms made for a comfortable stay.
My family stayed for three nights, and I was appalled by the lack of housekeeping during our visit. We were told our room would be cleaned every other day, yet it was neglected entirely until my wife had to chase down a housekeeper for clean towels without any cleaning done. This was a huge disappointment! Furthermore, when we spoke to the front desk upon checkout, we received no apologies for the inconvenience, simply a note was taken.
